The selection of elements and the method of operation of each variant was created on the basis of the company's experience and conversations with people responsible for the technical service of warehouses and reloading halls, people responsible for the reloading process, who have the most frequent contact between the driver and the warehouseman.
Each system can be easily expanded at any time with optional elements - LED guidance lamps or an optical-acoustic signaling device. Additionally, each controller can be equipped with a communication module that connects all IDS dock controllers to an internal network, and through the master controller transmits information using the internal Ethernet network to external devices or to the WMS / BMS system.
MINIMAL VARIANT—VEHICLE SENSOR
A solution using elements that include great benefits in terms of safety and improved handling. The system is maintenance-free and does not require any intervention on the side, and at the same time occurs in another loading process. When the vehicle is launched in the dock, the controller emits a light signal on the semaphore indicating the possibility of opening the gate and unfolding the ramp. The system has the ability to block gate and ramp control via a potential-free contact. In the event of a power failure (no vehicle in the dock), the system alerts about the situation by connecting to the light source on the semaphore.

OPTIMAL VARIANT
A system that ensures an optimal balance between functionality and price. The use of a proximity sensor mounted under the ramp and a three-color external semaphore makes it easier for the driver to precisely park the vehicle, minimizing the risk of damage to the dock components. The intelligent safety wedge provides mechanical and electronic security for the car. Both elements serve to maximize the level of safety for facility staff during loading. If there is no signal from the sensor about the presence of a vehicle or the removal of a chock from under the wheel, the warehouse worker is immediately notified via light signals on the internal semaphore. Once loading is complete, it releases the driver to depart, but the final signal giving the green light only appears after the wedge has been properly placed in the wall mount.

MAXIMUM VARIANT
A solution containing a complete set of devices designed to jointly create a system that fully supports, protects and informs both the driver and the facility staff. It has all the advantages of the Optimal Variant, and additionally equipped with gate opening and ramp unfolding sensors, it allows for better control of individual loading stages. The package also includes LED guidance lamps that help guide the vehicle into the dock light and an optical and acoustic warning signal that alerts the staff about undesirable conditions.
