IDS system
IDS system – Intelligent Docking System allows for safe docking of vehicles at warehouse gates. Thanks to the use of a security system, a wedge and a semaphore system, they allow the loading process to be separated.
The driver approaching the warehouse dock is informed by light signals about the possibility of parking under the loading gate. The sensor system controls the process of approaching the warehouse dock and issues appropriate signals to both the driver and the warehouse staff. The safety wedge prevents the vehicle from rolling away from the dock.
Thanks to this solution, both parties are certain that they can take further steps. As a result, we are 100% sure that the warehouseman will not start the loading process before the vehicle is parked, and the driver will not leave before loading or unloading is completed. As a result, all safety standards are maintained.
