Below is a list of the elements included in the IDS docking control systems. IDS systems are multifunctional solutions for safety and improvement of loading processes in warehouses, logistics and other halls.

INTELLIGENT IDS DOCKING SYSTEMS

1.	IDS driver	Electronic controller of the docking control system, equipped with a 230/24V power supply, powering and controlling all devices included in the system. Equipped with an illuminated driver release button, optionally with an ignition switch with a key that turns off the system's power. The system's operating pattern can be freely adjusted to the customer's needs.
2.	Safety wedge IDS–W.x	Steel safety wedge equipped with an ultrasonic sensor, designed to mechanically and electronically secure the vehicle in the dock. Equipped with a connection cable and a 10m rubber cable or a 2/8m PUR spiral cable.
3.	Smart safety wedge IDS–IW.x	A steel safety wedge equipped with an ultrasonic sensor and an electronic system that detects the position of the device, designed to mechanically and electronically secure the vehicle in the dock. Equipped with a connection cable and a 10m rubber cable or a 2/8m PUR spiral cable. It sends two signals to the control system - detection of a chock under the vehicle wheel and placing the chock in the wall holder.
4.	Semaphore IDS-SL.3	Three-chamber LED semaphore in three colors, red/yellow/green. Lens diameter 120mm. 24V LED light source.
5.	Semaphore IDS-SL.2	Two-chamber LED semaphore in two colors, red/green. Lens diameter 120mm. 24V LED light source.
6.	Semaphore IDS-SL.1	Single-chamber LED semaphore in two colors, red/green. Lens diameter 120mm. 24V LED light source.
7.	Vehicle distance sensor IDS-OS	Ultrasonic sensor detecting a parking vehicle, with a 10m cable attached. The control system detects the vehicle at two user-defined distances, informing the driver to slow down and stop.
8.	Vehicle presence sensor in the dock IDS-PS	An optical sensor that detects a vehicle parked in the loading dock. Mounted above the curtain, it provides a signal to the control system when the curtain is raised by a parked vehicle. With mounting base and 10m cable.
9.	Homing lamps IDS-LG	Set of two 24V LED lamps in white. Mounted on both sides of the dock, they help the driver steer the vehicle towards the gate.
10.	Gate position sensor	Photoelectric sensor detecting the gate position. Mounted in the frame, it sends a signal to the control system about the gate opening.
11.	Mechanical ramp position sensor	A mechanical sensor mounted under the ramp tongue provides a signal about unfolding/folding the loading ramp. Equipped with a 10m cable.

ELEMENTS OF EQUIPMENT FOR WAREHOUSES AND LOADING DOCKS

1.	Semaphore with time counter	A counter indicating the time until the operated gate automatically closes. Mounted in a housing with a lens diameter of 200mm, equipped with an electronic system and 7" segment displays. Time can be set from 2-30 seconds. divided every 2 seconds, after the countdown it issues a pulse signal to close the gate. Recommended especially for high-speed gates, it helps protect the device against unintentional damage by the trolley operator. The set includes two semaphores (master and slave). Possibility to purchase a single piece.
2.	A lamp illuminating the interior of the vehicle	22W LED lamp on a steel bending arm, 550/450mm long. Galvanized arm. Lamp dimensions 100x100mm, powered by 24V, built-in 230/24V transformer.
3.	External and internal information boards	Information boards to be mounted outside (for drivers) and inside (for staff). Made of materials resistant to weather conditions. The information contained on the boards can be modified according to the customer's request.
