Below is a list of the elements included in the IDS docking control systems. IDS systems are multifunctional solutions for safety and improvement of loading processes in warehouses, logistics and other halls.<\/p>

Smart safety wedge <\/strong><\/p>

IDS\u2013IW.x<\/strong><\/p><\/td>

A steel safety wedge equipped with an ultrasonic sensor and an electronic system that detects the position of the device, designed to mechanically and electronically secure the vehicle in the dock. Equipped with a connection cable and a 10m rubber cable or a 2\/8m PUR spiral cable. It sends two signals to the control system - detection of a chock under the vehicle wheel and placing the chock in the wall holder.<\/td><\/tr>

An optical sensor that detects a vehicle parked in the loading dock. Mounted above the curtain, it provides a signal to the control system when the curtain is raised by a parked vehicle. With mounting base and 10m cable.<\/td>\"\"<\/td><\/tr>

Homing lamps<\/strong><\/p>

IDS-LG<\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Set of two 24V LED lamps in white. Mounted on both sides of the dock, they help the driver steer the vehicle towards the gate.<\/td>\"\"<\/td><\/tr>
10.<\/td>Gate position sensor<\/strong><\/td>Photoelectric sensor detecting the gate position. Mounted in the frame, it sends a signal to the control system about the gate opening.<\/td>\"\"<\/td><\/tr>
11.<\/td>Mechanical ramp position sensor<\/strong><\/td>A mechanical sensor mounted under the ramp tongue provides a signal about unfolding\/folding the loading ramp. Equipped with a 10m cable.<\/td>\"\"<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

Mounted in a housing with a lens diameter of 200mm, equipped with an electronic system and 7\" segment displays. Time can be set from 2-30 seconds.\u00a0 divided every 2 seconds, after the countdown it issues a pulse signal to close the gate.\u00a0 Recommended especially for high-speed gates, it helps protect the device against unintentional damage by the trolley operator. The set includes two semaphores (master and slave). Possibility to purchase a single piece.<\/td>\"\"<\/td><\/tr>
2.<\/td>A lamp illuminating the interior of the vehicle<\/strong><\/td>22W LED lamp on a steel bending arm, 550\/450mm long. Galvanized arm. Lamp dimensions 100x100mm, powered by 24V, built-in 230\/24V transformer.<\/td>\"\"<\/td><\/tr>
3.<\/td>External and internal information boards<\/strong><\/td>Information boards to be mounted outside (for drivers) and inside (for staff). Made of materials resistant to weather conditions.
